Is It Good To Be A Hoarder?

That's why, sometimes I'm not sure whether being a hoarder is a good thing or not...Here's what I managed to uncover today, while doing some spring cleaning during my off day ......

Spirited Away ( 27/11/2002 )

This movie actually brings back a lot of memories to us! [ Or rather, da Horny BF instead? -- Hahaha -- Cuz I have a very short memory when it comes to remembering the storyline / scenes once I stepped out of the cinema hall!! ]

This is the first movie, me & da Horny BF watched together!!! Back then, we were in our early stages of pak-toring [ dating ] and any thing we do, meant a lot and provided much excitement!!! [ Unlike nowadays where every meet-ups doesn't bear any significant memory, unless it's something different enough to cause such excitement once again!!! -- Anyone of you have this kinda feeling after you are in a relationship for a certain period of time? --- Hahaha ...Expect me to kena bashing by the Horny One later tonight! -- Oopsie!

Anyway....It was way back in our University Days....One fine afternoon, we managed to skipped an afternoon class and took a bus to the nearest Mall....In the cinema hall, there were only about 6 people, including us [ Which is rather pathetic, considering Spirited Away was an Oscar-Winning animated movie. ].....No..We did not picked any secluded corner seats, nor indulge in any indecent activities [ We are watching a cartoon, ya'know?!!! If it's a Porn Movie, definitely the atmosphere is there for us to behave something kinky, okay?! ] --- We enjoyed the movie but unfortunately, we need to rush back to our hostel for dinner with our coursemates. We wouldn't want them to ask, "Eh, where are the two lengchais - ah?!"

Pirates Of The Carribean 2: Dead Man's Chest ( 16/7/2006 )

Ah-Ha....The Horny BF is notorious for his immense Jealousy when it comes to me, talking to a handsome guy. Well, partly because I'm one helluva Horny Bitch too, when it comes to flirting. Hence, da Horny BF feeling insecure is a normal thing in a relationship.

For nearly a year....during each School-Term breaks, I've been chatting with this guy at #gaymalaysia, MIRC [ whom I assumed as cute & hunky Top, eventhough I've not seen his picture before ] -- The guy was called "FreshTwink82" and I was [ and still is ] "SimonLover83" ..... I'm actually quite reserved and shy when it comes to online chat, but the conversation between "FreshTwink82" and me was anything but sexual....! To the sense that I actually enjoy and likes chatting with him on MIRC! ---

Back then,we have already graduated from our University and waiting for our new job. The fear of us being separated after 4 years living together was too much to bear for da Horny BF....The Horny BF always ask me whether do I chat MIRC every night or not and I always lie to him, saying that I don't! Hahaha -- Little white lies is good in maintaining a stable relationship ? --- So, one fine night..."FreshTwink82" upped the ante in his flirting and try to coax me in meeting him up at the Kelana Jaya swimming pool [ since he knows that I like to find gullible Tops at the pool to ............. me?!! ] --- In the end, I fell for his temptations and agreed to meet him up.....

Mana tau --- Immediately, "FreshTwink82" disappear from the screen and next, what I got was a SMS from the Horny one, revealing who's FreshTwink82 and demanded immediate break-up. And that was the end of our 4-year relationship which lasted for about 1 week - kot.

So, how did I manage to get back The Horny BF? One fine morning, I drove all the way to Midvalley .... Trying to look for an appropriate surprise gift. And immediately left KL to continue my journey to the 300-KM-Away-Land. Once I've reached the destination, I rang him up and threatened him that if he doesn't come out to meet me, I'll make a surprise visit to his house !! -- In the end he relented, and as expected just like Beverly Hills 90210, Brenda ( Shannon Doherty ) & Dylan ( Luke Perry ), how can two old lovers for the past 4 years, willing to break up just for a small matter?  -- So, we went for a movie, had a quick teabreak before having a Happy Ending in da Car,  at an area of abandoned shophouses.......

Hahaha...You guys must be gawking at our tumultous and weird relationship - eh?! So, should I continue to become a hoarder for the sake of memories, or just throw away all those unwanted stuffs? .... Hmmmm

[ p/s: Should I throw away the "Surprise Gift" which I bought for da Horny BF -- which is, an electrical shaver -- where I thought it might be useful for him to use it to shave his hairy legs?  HAHAHA --- In the end, a year or two later, he gave back the gift to me and me, myself have only used once to shave my moustache, which I don't find it to shave as clean as compared to the normal Gillette! -- Anyone wants to buy my Philips electric shaver?!! -- or shall I use it to shave my sexy back? ]

keeping some things or momentos are not counted as hoarding bah... you can probably throw some things that you no longer need away...

i don't like to keep things. thus i demand Lazy not to buy me unnecessary stuff. if he must, buy me jewellery, clothing . which is either valuable or perishable.

i reorganize my stuff once a few months. maybe that things mean soemthing for me this months, but 6 months later i find it meaningless.

about your last post, sorry if i had to make you take down.

So sentimental! The only mushy thing I have is the ice cream stick from the Magnum we shared on VDay some years back.

Your story is so nice to read. It is so nice to see you guys are together and didn't breakup for small matter. That shows both of you are truly and madly in love with each other

@William: And countless of underwears after that...!!!

@simonlover i think you can go by general rule of "if you never touch it in a certain period of time, eg 2 years, you can get rid of it". I do spring cleaning every 6 months.
