Kowloon Park Swimming Complex 九龍公園游泳池 is one of the biggest public swimming pool in Hong Kong. Every summer, without fail, you will see hordes of gay men congregating at Kowloon Park swimming pool, as it is located centrally in the midst of Tsim Tsa Tsui's concrete jungle. Hence, gay cruising at the pool is one of the must-activities during Summer in Hong Kong! 

The temperature is scorching hot during Summer in Hong Kong -- Plus, the humidity that makes your body feeling sticky the moment you get out from your air-conditioned room -- Makes you want to shower more than exploring Hong Kong city instead! Kowloon Park Swimming Complex 九龍公園游泳池 is one of my favourite pool, whenever I visit Hong Kong. The admission fee is: 

a) Weekdays = HKD17

b) Weekends / Public Holidays = HK19 

( You can just tap your Octopus Card at the entrance )

Most of the time -- My true & sincere intentions of going to the pool are as followed:

1) To get a beautiful tan and maintaining the tan line from my Aqux swimtrunk

2) To burn my little tummy by swimming sexy-gorously

3) and to enjoy the sights of beautiful Hong Kong men at the pool ..

Seriously! 

But nevertheless --- Since I've been to Kowloon Park pool many times,  it's about time for me to share some reviews and cruising etiquette of this wonderful place.

Hahaha...Today I was somehow indirectly "sexually molested". I was attending to a customer, who's asking about the difference between two similar products. Amphetamine ( 安非他命 ) Movie Teasers!

Hehehe...If you guys don't want to know what or how the Hong Kong gay-themed movie, Amphetamine ( 安非他命 ) is all about...Then you guys better not look through today's teaser post on the movie!

Amphetamine is the third directorial movie by HK Director, The Scud, which focuses yet on another gay-themed movie. It revolves around the story of a Chinese fitness trainer, Kafka, who meets Daniel, a business executive.

Kafka is straight while Daniel happens to be gay. The young men fall in love, believing that their love can bridge anything, despite their difference in sexuality and Kafka's drug-taking. Daniel does not regret his love for Kafka, who tries to love him back against his nature. But a flashback memory from Kafka's past makes it difficult for their relationship to work. It turns out that their addiction to love proves more fatal than the drugs they use to explore the boundaries of their friendship.

The film stars Hong Kong Chinese actor and former model Byron Pang as Kafka, who was a runner-up contestant for Mr.Hong Kong in 2005, and Thomas Price as Daniel, a half Chinese/half British actor who appeared in Permanent Residence and City Without Baseball.

Like Scud's previous films, Permanent Residence (made in 2009) and the earlier City Without Baseball (2008), Amphetamine features full-frontal male nudity in many scenes, in among others, an outdoor fight scene in which Pang is stripped naked by other boys, gym showers, and a leap from a public building, in which Pang wears 'wings', and his whole body is covered in calligraphy and silver paint.

Finally after nearly a year since it's released, we can finally download it online and here are some of the screen-caps taken from the DVD-Rip!

All in all, I still feel that Amphetamine lacks the storyline, likeability and connectivity compared to the SCUD's previous effort, which is Permanent Residence ( 永久居留 ).... But at least it gives a new leaf for a gay-themed movie, especially among the conservative Asian cinema scene!!
